Some of you know that my brother-in-law Matt has a wholesale artisan bakery. Luna Baking Co. is a located in Athens, GA and supplies fresh baked bread daily to local area restaurants and grocery stores. Well, Matt's newest project is opening a retail bakery. For those of you familiar with Athens it is in an area called Normaltown. The building used to be Black Forest Bakery. Hopefully they will be open for business later this month.
